The MediaPad M5 lite is equipped with the mid-range SoC Kirin 659 from HiSilicon that enables smooth system performance. It is supported by the ARM Mali T830 MP2. The category 6 LTE connection allows for download rates of up to 300 Mb/s and upload rates of up to 50 Mb/s. Huawei’s telephone app is also installed on the tablet and with a suitable SIM card the device can also be used for making phone calls.
